Permit free parking is available, there is also a driveway. The back garden has a mixture of greenery and decking, ideal for lounging in the sun!
Unlimited broadband is available.
Please note: I would prefer a female tenant only. This is a family home so would expect a clean, respectful, friendly and polite flatmate.
