"Hi, I have a single room to let in a 3 bed house. Available from the 1st of February. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a single bed. The rest of the house is huge - we have two large reception rooms.

The house has Sky TV and wireless internet, and the kitchen has all essential appliances, such as washing machine, hob & fridge freezer.

Close transport links bus and train. (Norbury and Thornton Heath train station)

You would be sharing with a professional family with two children. Very friendly and easy going, Both of us have busy careers and active social lives.

Deposit will be required and the room is available for a 3 month short term let as well as someone looking for somewhere longer."
