Spacious Double room in larger than average house

Unusally spacious room available to rent end of March. Newly decorated the room over looks the front of the house, there is a decent sized garden. There is internet access and use of the shared dinning room kitchen

I am looking for a friendly clean person who would like to share a house with 3 friendly individuals.
