I look for professional lady who is clean, tidy ,well organised person and polite person. Flat is situated in the back of the building so you do not hear any noise from the main road. I work from Mon.-Fri most of the time 9-5, so it will be great if my flatmate have different schedule of work. I would like to share place with Caucasian lady, I do not want to upset none, but is easier to understand person most of the time from the same ethnic background.
