Single Room in CR7

I am a live-in landlord offering a single furnished room for rent in my three bedroom well kept terraced house. The room is a good sized single room, clean, recently redecorated and furnished with the basic necessities; bed & bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

I am looking for a mature non smoking professional who is respectful and considerate. Someone who is sociable as well as respective of others privacy and space. Someone who is looking for a home from home and a place where they can have peace and quiet. Basically, someone who understands the etiquette of house share.

In summary, I am looking for a lodger who:

* Does not smoke, vape or do drugs
* Only drinks moderately
* Is in employment or is self-employed
* Socialble but do not have a need to entertain guests at the house

The area has good transport links, access to major supemarkets, gym, coffee shops and local shops.
