This comfortable and spacious double room is part of a newly refurbished flat that is situated on the quiet and leafy Warwick Road. It benefits from excellent transport links which will enable you to reach Central London in 40 mins. Croydon, with its mainline train stations, is only 15 mins away. A 24hr bus into the heart of London is only 5 min walk.
The clean, freshly decorated room is 13ft x 13ft (4m x 4m) and comes with ample storage space courtesy of a large full length wardrobe and a roomy chest of drawers.
Outside on the road there is plenty of free parking and inside there is room to store bikes.
Extra storage can be organised if required. The bathroom (with shower) would be shared, but there are only two of us living here so there shouldnt be too much of a battle in the mornings!
Although I am a sociable person I am mindful of my neighbour and so I maintain a peaceful household.
