I have a medium sized single room available in a very clean and quiet house. Sharing with two other professionals who are quiet and friendly. Looking for one more person to making the total 3 in the houseshare. The room itself has a triple wardrobe, book shelf and single bed. Large garden and parking too. The room is located closer to Norbury, South West London (Zone 3). Nearest train station is Norbury. Excellent transport links- 15 mins by bus to Croydon/20mins by train to London Victoria/ 30 mins by train to London Bridge. Local supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. Rent is £450 including all bills. I do require one month's deposit, references and I. D such as a passport confirming your right to rent in the UK. The room is available now and ideally for long term rent. A quiet, responsible, CLEAN and low impact person would suit this houseshare. Note this is NOT a party house.
