I have a good sized double room available in my newly refurbished split level 2 bedroom flat. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, and is less than 5 minutes walk to Thornton Heath station (with links to Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge, etc).

The flat is spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, and has its own separate entrance. There is a generous sized kitchen, large living/dining room, and modern bathroom.

The room is neutrally furnished with double bed, large chest of drawers and wardrobe. All bills (and fortnightly cleaner) are inclusive of the rent.

I'm a 34 year old friendly professional who enjoys a clean and relaxed home. I would love to find someone similar to share it with!
