Big and Quite Double Room in Norbury

Big double room is available from the 1st of August. The room is very bright and spacious and is fully furnished: double bed, side table, big wardrobe, working desk, lamp, chair. A view from the window is just lovely - overlooking a garden and a field. Extremely quite - no car noises. All bills (water, gas, electricity, TV licence, Wi-Fi) are included. The cleaner is coming once a week to clean shared space.
There is a shared living room, kitchen, 1 big bathroom and spacious garden with garden furniture which is ideal for barbeques in summer time.
The house is located in the border of Norbury and Thornton Heath. 15 mins to the Norbury station (3d zone), good connection to Victoria station. There is a night bus to Brixton station. Lots of shops nearby, gym-cinema-restaurants in Streatham (5 min by bus).

We would like to have one person, who should respect evryones space, be nice, clean and friendly and speak english. All curent tenants are working full time.
