Cleaning lady is coming once in a week to clean common area: kitchen, bathroom, living room and hall way.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and responsible person, non-smoker. No couples. We really want to keep this place quite and clean and create good conditions for living.

There is a shared living room recently refurbished with leather sofas, big TV and dining area. There is a nice big garden ideal for barbeques in summer time. Behind the garden there is a field, so no neighbours from the back.
Kitchen has all appliances: oven, microvawe, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, lots of plates and cups. There is a washing machine as well.

The house is located 15 min from Norbury station ( trains to Victoria station and London Bridge). There is a bus stop 1 min from the house - 250 to Brixton. Co-operative is opposite as well as some small shops and take-aways. There is a big Tesco 15 min away, Better Gym - 5 min by bus and lots of restaurants, cinema, parks in Streatham (10 min by bus).
