Double room in spacious maisonette, Thornton Heath

Hi, I'm looking for a tidy, friendly, considerate person to rent the top-floor bedroom in my 3-bed flat that's less than ten minutes from the station and the big Tesco in Thornton Heath. It’s a lovely bright recently redecorated room with lots of space and privacy in a peaceful flat.

There's an attic accessed via the third bedroom for additional storage space and a massive living / dining area. The kitchen is a decent size and the loo is separate from the bathroom. I'm happy to have the odd chat over a cuppa or bite to eat and it's a relaxed, comfortable living space with quiet neighbours. The bedroom is on its own floor overlooking a park.
