Couple of nice and quiet rooms in Tolworth.
We are offering a single room for 130£, not for couples;
and a double one which is 160£ for one person and 180£ for couples (the double room includes a private mini fridge inside the room).
The house is quiet, nice and clean, there is a shared bathroom, a shared living room/kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, drying racks, fridge space and a lot of storage room.
Close to the flat there are a lot of buses that goes in any direction, there is a train station and a lot of supermarket British and ethnic, there are many fast food, cafe, barbers, and other. We have a cleaning organisation which consist in each flatmates have to clean the common spaces every week.
We are looking for nice, clean and respectful people.
