Large double room with en-suite bathroom in a house is available and ready to move in for a SINGLE PERSON or Couples. The house is clean and tidy , no shoes allowed in the house, needs to be kept in the porch ( this is very important )..!
We are all 4 people and getting on, so you need to be clean, tidy, and respectful. This is not a party house and please do not bother to call..!
The room has a big wardrobe, king size bed, separate drawer, plenty of storage and en-suite bathroom ( enclosure shower, wash basin and wc)

Rent is £170 per week, inclusive all utility bills and internet
Deposit is £ 800
Rent for Couples: £210 per week and £900 deposit
