• Sharing with only me as the live in landlord

• Double Bedroom with your own bathroom.
• Can be made available furnished or unfurnished (let me know)
• Desk and chair can be made available if needed
• Furnished with just small double bed with storage underneath - however happy for you to use your own bed!

• Allocated Parking Space infront of the house
• 12 minutes drive to Guildford
• 6 minutes drive to Ash vale station (direct train to London waterloo)
• 10 minutes drive to Farnham rail station
• Most things are 10 minutes away (Farnborough, Farnham town centre, Aldershot)
I am a young professional (work from home), looking for 1 other person to share my home. I am friendly, laid back and great with taking care of our home (I appreciate a tidy home), open to socialising but, of course I value my alone time.
