The house is 20 minutes walk from Ash train station. with trains to Guildford / Aldershot / Farnham / Woking, there is a bus stop at the end of the road with buses to Aldershot and Guildford, and Ash train station.

The rent includes: Council tax, Broadband, Gas, Electric, Water, and Tv license.

There is no smoking in the house. But if u do smoke u can in the garden,

Sunday to Thursday night or Monday to Friday night 4-5 nights a week preferred,

However i would consider full time 7 nights, for £425 - £525 depending on your needs.
