House is approx 6 minutes walk to Virginia Water Lake, approx 12 mins walk to Virginia Water station, 10 mins drive from M25 Chertsey and 1 mile Virginia Water village, Ascot 10 mins, Windsor 15 mins. Heathrow terminal 1/2/3 15-20 mins depending on traffic. Facilities include shared kitchen/dining room/bathroom/shower room/downstairs toilet, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, fridges/ freezers, microwave, double oven, WiFi/Wired broadband.
