The room is at rear of house with beautiful view of garden and private forest. It would suite a professional couple/2 friends/single person. Monthly fee includes share of average bills of £25/wk. The room can be in double bed or twin bed format.

There is a large garden and parking available. House is approx 7 minutes walk to Virginia Water Lake, approx 12 mins walk to Virginia Water station, 10 mins drive from M25 Chertsey and 1 mile Virginia Water village, Ascot 10 mins, Windsor 15 mins. Heathrow terminal 1/2/3 15-20 mins depending on traffic.

Facilities include shared kitchen/dining room/bathroom/shower room/downstairs toilet, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, fridges/ freezers, microwave, double oven, WiFi/Wired broadband.

Refs, deposit required. Property cleaned is every week. We are a fully licensed HMO and maintain our property to a high standard. We carry out full ID checks, rent to rent checks and provide a written contract.

Please note that our licence only permits 2 persons in a double room so we are not permitted to have 2 adults with children. We can have 1 adult with a 1 child but no more.

Much as we love all pets, as this is a shared house no pets of any sort are permitted in the property due to the risk of affecting other people with allergies.
