Double room to rent in Virginia Water

We have a room to rent in our detached house, which is located in a rural location but close to all amenities with a 15 minutes’ walk to Virginia Water station and a short cycle ride to Egham. The house has an annex with a separate fully fitted living room/kitchenette and shower room, which you would share with 3 others, 2 females and 1 male. They are all working professionals in their early twenties, a German and Spanish language assistant who work in a local school and an engineer on a graduate training programme. We try to match up the tenants so that you all have similar interests. Your bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and sink. There is a parking space on our drive. The rent is £700 per calendar month, which includes all bills.
