Large double rooms in lovely house, Virginia Water

There are 4 available bedrooms, all double rooms with beds, TV's and wardrobes.

Three bedrooms share a bathroom. One is a small double, the other two are large doubles.

The fourth bedroom is huge, with a living area as well as a sleeping area, and has its own shower room.

The house is a large detached with very large garden.

We are less than 5 minutes walk from Virginia Water Station (0.35 miles).

I am a hotel manager and am out working quite a lot, I live with my 2 year old black labrador who is very friendly and just loves company.

I am looking for easy-going housemates who will enjoy the house and garden and not just shut themselves in their bedroom. The whole house is for sharing.

I have a cleaner weekly who keeps the communal areas clean and tidy, and can clean your room for you too for a few extra pennies (direct to her).

I also pay a gardener so there's no need for commitment in that area (unless you love gardening, in which case feel free!).
