I have a double room available in a huge penthouse apartment. It has a huge lounge/diner which you will have full use of and a private bathroom will be yours. there is a massive amount of storage space as the penthouse spreads across the entire top floor of the apartment block.
I have 2 sons who will be with me at the property on Tuesday night (only in school term time) in the other half of the Penthouse.

I am looking for £1500 for a couple to live here or £1300 for a single person.

The room can come with a double bed or you can bring your own. The room has a wardrobe, desk and other storage units but I am happy to help with getting the room set up as you want it.

I am looking for trustworthy tennants that will appreciate and take care of my property.

All bills included with ultra fast broadband and netflix, Disney etc included in your own lounge on a huge tv.
