Hi, I have a nice sized double room to let in an apartment which is available now for a professional person. This is a large, well finished ground floor apartment, with own private garden. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and a chests of draws and TV with Freeview box. The rest of the apartment is good size and not small and pokey - I have a large and comfortable kitchen/living area and there is a lovely garden. The apartment has sky TV and wireless broadband, with a gym next door and the kitchen has all mod cons. The apartment is very close to a bus stop with routes to Sutton and Croydon every few minutes. Parking is also available.
I am friendly and easygoing and enjoy a good laugh and the odd glass of wine in the evening. I have a busy career and active life and enjoy the odd get together when there is time over a glass of wine.
One months deposit will be required and the rent includes the bills except the phone.
I am looking for a friendly professional person, who is clean and respective.
