ABOUT THE ROOM & THE HOUSE
This room is located on the ground floor of my 4 bed house, close to the entrance, so you can be as independent as you like. There is also a shower room on the ground floor for your exclusive use - see pics - and I also got you your own fridge freezer.
Lovely garden and communal spaces, off-street parking.
I have completely refurbished this room so new floor, new insulation, new radiator, etc. and frankly it's really lovely and comfortable. The room is furnished with plenty of space for storage including a double ottoman bed to store things under the bed and a very good quality mattress in immaculate condition - see pics.

ABOUT US
1 franco brit mum + 1 son in secondary school + 2 lovely and clean cats. My son is at home 2 weeks per month so it's a lot of house for you and us.
I work on social kind of issues from my home office on the first floor and I enjoy doing all sort of things at the weekends including DYI, craft, gardening, sports, socialising, cooking, going to exhibitions, rambling at Kew garden or in the countryside and more.

Peaceful street, 5 mins from Beddington park & 15 mins walk from supermarkets, shops and Wallington train station where you can get direct trains to London Bridge (30 mins) or Victoria (40 mins) and very close to bus stop including the superloop SL7. Also close to Hackbridge station with train to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Kings Cross and more.
