We are a 50- 55 year old couple who have single room in our family home. We are looking for quiet female individual, who is a professional and who works full time. We have 2 cats and one dog so must be comfortable with animals. Our adult daughter also lives with us. We are a quiet and relaxed household with a beautiful garden. The location is a leafy, pretty suburban street. 10 mins walk to Wallington Station and a 35 mins train ride to Victoria or 25 mins to London Bridge. 10 min bus ride to Sutton and walking distance to Wallington for shopping for essentials, for example Sainsbury’s, Boots, Costa.
You will have your own bathroom and your room looks out onto the garden. Shared use of kitchen. The area is quite, also an easy commute to central London. We also have easy access to the Surrey hills and south downs for country side walks and activities.
