Spacious house with lovely spare room

Hi there! If you're looking for a Monday - Friday let n South London/Surrey boarders look no further. Conveniently location between Croydon and Sutton, Wallington has great transport links in London and further afield. Wallington station is a 10-15 minute walk with trains into London Bridge (25 minutes) London Victoria (40 minutes) 2 minutes walk there are regular buses to Croydon and Sutton or Morden for the Northern Line.
My spare room is really quiet and cosy and looks over the garden, it has a double bed with a new mattress a wardrobe which has hanging and storage space.
The bathroom has recently been renovated, its next door to the spare room and is shared with one other - me!
You will have access to the kitchen for cooking etc and you also will have a living room for sole use. If you have a car there is parking on the street.
I'm looking for a professional person to take up a spare room on a Monday - Friday basis for either 3 or 4 nights. I'm an easy going sociable type .
