This is a strictly VEGAN household. To maintain the ethics and energy of the home, the following rules are non-negotiable:

No animal products: Meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, or honey are strictly forbidden inside the flat.

Vegan only: I am no longer accepting vegetarian, flexitarian applicants. You must be 100% VEGAN.

Peaceful environment: This is a "no visitors/no parties" home. It is a sanctuary, not a social hub.

Please do not message me if you consume animal products. I am looking for a like-minded individual who shares these ethical values.

Gatwick Airport: Under 1 hour by train/bus.

💷 COSTS & TERMS

Rent: £600 per month (All bills included: utilities + high-speed internet).

Deposit: £300.

Availability: Short let, with potential to extend to long-term.
