This is a strictly VEGAN household. To maintain the ethics and energy of the home, the following rules are non-negotiable:

Vegan only: I am no longer accepting vegetarian, flexitarian applicants. You must be 100% VEGAN.

Peaceful environment: This is a "no visitors/no parties" home. It is a sanctuary, not a social hub.

💷 COSTS & TERMS

Rent: £140 per week (All bills included: utilities + high-speed internet).

Deposit: £280 (Protected/Refundable)

Total to move in: £420 (one week's rent + two weeks’ deposit)

Availability: Short let, with potential to extend to long-term.
