Furnished Double room with built in wardrobe and corner desk in Wallington ready for someone to move in as soon as. Close walk to the train station that’s only 30 minutes from central London and 15 to Sutton.
Shared kitchen with crockery provided, a large lounge-dining room and a clean bathroom just shared with myself (and the cat). Plenty of storage around the flat, in the room and access to the garage.
All bills included other than cleaning but happy to split the costs for a fortnightly cleaner.
I’m an audio programmer that loves music, films, games and my lovely kitty and I’m looking for another young professional that’s chill and respectful.
You have to be good with cats as my little kitten will definitely want to play!
