Single room, most suited to someone without alot of stuff.
In a house share, kitchen and communal area of reasonable size.
Bathroom facilities are shared too, and cleanliness a must to maintain hygiene.
Friendly housemates and I live in the loft converted room, as the rest stay on the level below.
Free parking outside, first come first serve and short walk to the train station in Wallington and buses are close by.
There's several parks near by too, so so the area is generally nice.
Weekly lets are £150/week
