Double room available for single occupancy

I have a double bedroom just coming available in my lovely, modern house, WiFi, all bills included
The room looks out onto the garden, although not en-suite you will have the main bathroom, all to yourself

I have a smaller room, it is a small double and is available if you would prefer a cheaper option at £600 per month and will leave the larger double room as my spare room so you will only be sharing with me
The house is newly refurbished, has a nice lounge with Sky TV, a large kitchen/diner, utility room, south facing garden and private parking on the driveway
We are opposite a beautiful park and are close to transport links. The train station is an 8 minute walk and the train is less than half an hour into London Victoria
The photos of the bedroom are as it is with a family member but will be totally cleaned and furniture will be added.
