This is a really nice property, in a nice building that has a blue plaque for historical notable performances in what the land was originally used for (event space) where some of the most famous artists and bands in the world performed including David Bowic, The Kinks, The Rolling Stones, Status Quo, The Who & The Yardbirds.
All bills are included including council tax which justifies the price. When taking council tax, bills and other fees such as service charge, the actual rent itself would be around 650 a month which is very reasonable for a property of this standard in this location.
