All bills are covered & the room has shower and wc as well as fitted wardrobes. Upstairs there is also a small spare room available for airing washing for example.

The current flat mates are all single professionals working locally.
Wallington town centre is within easy walking distance, with its choice of supermarkets, including Sainsbury's & Lidl. There are several local fitness centres, also numerous takeaways & local convenience stores.
Both the 154 & S3 bus routes serve Mollison Drive, & the 157 bus is a short walk. Wallington & Waddon train stations are within walking distance & East Croydon station is an easy bus ride (or cycle ride).

The house is well maintained and has a warm & friendly atmosphere.
