Double room in friendly newly refurbished house

The house is located near the town centre and the river thames at the end of the road. There are three of us in the house, my brother and his fiancé live with me, well four including the dog and it has been recently refurbished. We are all professionals who work alot but enjoy a social house, regularly cook together and enjoy the local pubs down by the river. A small sausage dog lives in the house so you need to be good with dogs as he likes regular cuddles 😂 We are looking for someone friendly to take the room and enjoy the local pubs with.
