Room close to Walton station & amenities

15 minute walk to Walton-on Thames station (if, like me, you're a quick walker). 5 minutes from Waitrose & Hersham village. 30 minutes to Heathrow.

I commute so for the majority of the time you'll have the house to yourself. I have 2 friendly dogs so being a dog lover is a plus as they will probably look to you for pets when I'm out (or when I'm in, they're not particularly loyal unfortunately).

The room can accommodate a single or double bed depending on how much floor space you would like & is next to a shower room. It has been used as a second living room/office but will be emptied. It is offered unfurnished but for the right person I could be convinced to furnish it. The downstairs of the house, which is where the room is has been completely remodelled in the last year.

Large garden which you're welcome to use (bonus if you're green fingered as I am not).
