I am happy to consider a Monday - Friday single let in bedroom (1) at £750pcm
I am happy to consider a Monday – Friday single let in bedroom (2) at £705pcm
I am also happy to consider a couples let in bedroom (1) at £1100pcm
Please note I have a no smoking IN THE HOUSE Policy, but you are most welcome to smoke outside in the back garden😊
I have two double bedroom available -
Bedroom (1) has a 4’6” double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe, with extra large cupboard space above the stairs.
Bedroom (2) has a 4’ double bed, 1 large bedside cabinet with drawers, large double wardrobe, with extra large chest of drawers inside the wardrobe
My house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac with lots of free parking available and a driveway if needed.
It’s in an excellent location for peace and quiet with a no through road, but very local to Walton town centre if need be - (Less than 10 minutes walk.)
Shared lounge with Sky TV and Netflix, bathroom and kitchen with use of microwave, gas hob and washing machine.
You must be at least aged 20 years old, very clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful and considerate to others sharing my home.
(NO WFH) You must be in full time work - preferably Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm-ish out of the house, this is due to my own circumstances which we can chat about at the viewing. Shiftworkers will of course be considered - my property is in a very quiet cul-de-sac so sleeping during the day is an absolute bliss 😴😴😴
You must have a friendly, polite and kind manner.
I have a beautiful super friendly small/medium-size dog who is hypoallergenic so I can honestly say he does not shed his fur/hair or drools, so it is a very big must that you like dogs.
I also have a gorgeous fluffy ragdoll cat and again he is hypoallergenic too.
So although I have said in my advert I would consider someone with a pet please be mindful if you are asking for a viewing and you have a pet that you have considered whether they will get on with a cat and dog.😺.🐶🐾🐾
Near to M25 & A3 (Approx both 3 miles from house)
My property is situated in a very convenient location, close to all local amenities.
0.2 miles (a little 3 minute scroll) to a small parade of shops where you will find a Chemist, Bakers, Newsagents, Hairdressers, Co-op, two pizza takeaways one of them being a New Domino’s and an Indian restaurant which I highly recommend 😋!
And a few bus stops which all head in different directions.
0.5 miles to Xcel Leisure Centre with excellent Gym facilities, Swimming pool and many classes, where you will also find an Athletics and Football club.
The River Thames is right by the leisure centre where you can walk one way to Hampton Court and beyond to even Kingston upon Thames, or the other way down to the next town to Weybridge and beyond, fantastic for bike rides, river pub lunches and get-togethers for drinks. And at Walton Marina you can even hire a boat for the day 🛶🚤🛥️😃
0.8 miles to Walton town Centre where you can find lots of shops, Supermarkets, (Aldi, Sainsbury’s-Argos, M&S Food Hall, to name a few) Plenty of Coffee shops, Bars, Pubs and every restaurant you can think of, Pure gym, and Walton’s very own cinema.
1.3 miles to Walton train station which will take you straight into London/Waterloo in just 25 minutes. (4 trains every hour)
4.5 miles to Kingston upon Thames where you will find many brand shop names for any bigger and further shopping required.
