Double Room in lovely quiet home by the river

Hey there! Looking for someone to share my lovely home for a short period, max 6 months. Bought the house 4 years ago and have fully renovated, so it’s all lovely and fresh inside. The room for rent is the loft conversion, it’s a double room with its own bathroom right outside. The house is 4 bed, 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining room and a good size garden, the river Thames is right at the end of the road with some lovely pubs near by. I have a small dog who is older (15) and he doesn’t shed hair which is great as does not affect those with allergies like myself. There are shops, a cafe and some restaurants right at the top of the road and it’s a 10 minute walk into town. 25 minute walk to Walton train station. Available from end of November. I prefer to do short lets to help out those that do not want to tie in to long term contracts, I’m very flexible.

About me.. I am a young at heart 45 year old, still like the odd night out but more partial to a cosy pub and dinner or drinks by the river! I’m a professional and do work from home so prefer someone that is out at work during the day. I’m easy going but very house proud so would like someone tidy and respectable.
