The outbuilding is designed as one bedroom apartment, with own bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen, a storage room/garage incorporated in the outbuilding too.

We might at times use the communal lounge/dinning room area during the day while our lodger is out, the communal area including kitchen and bathroom always must be kept tidy.
This space provides a great level of privacy & comfort.

Only few minutes walk to Excel Leisure centre, the river Thames and local shops. Available off street parking.

Ideally, will suit a commuting professional or someone who needs home away from home (Monday to Friday).
