A large and bright double room to rent within a 3 bed house in Walton on Thames. The room has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed and a storage cupboard.

Shared facilities include a modern newly fitted bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining room, utility room and downstairs W. C.

Kitchen includes electric hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

We are a couple who will be live in landlords. We also have a friendly cat.

Ideally looking for someone Sunday-Friday/Monday-Friday who is respectful and a non smoker.

We are located 1.3 miles from Walton and Hersham train stations and a 15 min walk to the River Thames and Walton town centre with many supermarkets, coffee shops etc. There is also a convenience store 3 minutes walk away.
