2 double rooms with own kitchen

Photos at present show the smaller double room. It has been newly decorated & has new carpet. The new table & chairs allow for a dressing area at one end & a dining area at the other. The bed lifts up for additional storage underneath. There will be a new white wood slate venetian blind at the window & a lampshade for the ceiling light. The bedside drawers & light are also new. This room is at the back of the house & is not overlooked; your view is of trees. I still need to do some tidying up of the paintwork & around the window. but I wanted to get this ad up soon as possible.

The other larger room will be similar but at present is not ready to photograph. It has a larger bed, the same large chest of drawers, another chest of drawers by the bed with the same new bedside lamp as the other room. There will be the same table & chair as the other room for dining/working at with a new separate dressing table & chair. Hanging space will be in an alcove. There are 2 new windows which will have new white venetian blinds.

Both rooms will have a TV & Virgin cable with Netflix & sports.

The kitchen is being installed in a 3rd room & is for soul use by the 2 tenants. It will be finished mid September. It will include a tall slim fridge freezer, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, sink, single hob, kettle, toaster, work surfaces, cupboards & all the crockery, utensils, pots & pans etc that you will need.

These 3 rooms are upstairs which is for the soul use of the tenants. The walk in shower/wet room is at the bottom of the stairs.

Me & my daughter will live downstairs. We have our own bathroom & kitchen so the house has nearly been split into 2 complete flats, although we all use the same front door & hallway. We do have a dog but don't worry if you don't like dogs as you don't have to ever meet her if you don't want to.

Once the kitchen is installed I will be decorating the hallway, stairs & landing.

There is plenty of free on-street parking. We are close to Walton Xcel Leisure Centre & a variety of shops are just around the corner. We are a few minutes drive from Walton town centre & the train station, either Walton or Hersham.
