2-bed in Walton KT12

Hi,
I have a room to let in Walton-Upon-Thames. Its a nice room in spacey flat, my current flatmate is moving out and have a space for a new flatmate.
Your bedroom will be unfurnished but I've furnished the rest of the flat with kitchen items, living room items such a tv sofa and dining table.
I'm a chilled guy work shifts at various times currently in hospitality so will be in and out at certain times for long periods. When I'm at the flat In my downtime i like to watch films, play PlayStation and cook.
I do have friends round too sometimes, all a nice bunch.

£750+ half of the bills
(Bills approx £180; electricity, water, coucil tax, wifi)
Works out about £930 a month, same as me, likely to be cheaper most months - depends on energy prices.
This is an incredibly good price, not sure you'll find such a nice flat anywhere else for a similar price
