Live-in landlord looking for a short term renter. End date to tenancy mid-March.

4 min walk to Walton station and 5 min walk to local shops and restaurants.

Large double room (furnished) with sole use of a large double bathroom.

I work from home 4 days a week so I’m looking for someone who works in the office 4 days a week.

I have a miniature dachshund so please make sure you like pets before messaging 🐾

Monday - Friday also considered for reduced rate.

Access to large on site gym included in rent.

Bike storage and possibility of parking space for extra £50 per month (rental is subject to neighbour agreement).
