Lounge/ diner with sofa, tv dining table and 2 chairs, door to entrance hall. Lounge has French doors looking down the garden with own patio area, garden table and chairs, side access for bikes and bringing in shopping. May use the rest of the garden when the owner is away.
There is utility area with own fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Parking area available on the drive for one car & street parking for guests.
Large shared kitchen with the owner.
All bills included in the rent, CTax, Utility bills and WIFI.
15 minutes walk from Walton on Thames Station, buses to Kingston and Staines nearby. Cinema 20 minute walk, leading to the rest of Walton town, restaurants and the riverside pubs.
Two nice restaurants close by and a small Tesco.
