The property is a modern, gated, two double bedroom & two-bathroom flat, and I am the sole resident. There is free off-street parking opposite to the flat and no further than about 20m/50feet.

A large double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe with full-length mirrors, desk & chair. You have exclusive use of the main bathroom (not en-suite) except when we have guests over for dinner etc (not frequently - approx 3/4 times in 6 months). The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with wall-to-wall mirror, toilet and basin and is tiled.

The living room has a TV and Blu-ray player as well as an X-Box which you are welcome to share with me. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. You are welcome to bring your own plates, cutlery and pans, for which I will provide you with shelf space, or you are welcome to share mine.

The bedroom itself faces the rear of the property and is quiet for a peaceful sleep. It is furthest from the living room and my room, so noise will never be a problem.

Cleaning of the communal areas will be arranged on a shared basis. The areas that are our shared responsibilities include the hallway, kitchen and living room. Your bathroom and bedroom are your own direct responsibility. If you wish, I would be willing to share the cost of a maid to come in once every 2 weeks, and we can discuss this when we meet.

I am a very easy going person and would ideally like to live with someone who might wish to socialize occasionally - going to the movies or a drink on the weekend etc. If you prefer your privacy, I am happy to live with someone like that too.

I like the house to be tidy and clean to a decent level without being OCD. My social life is not extreme, but once in a while I would like to be able to invite friends over for dinner and drinks, and I would be happy to have you and some of your friends join in.

All utility bills including TV licence and broadband are included.
