Furnished Double Room

Furnished double room is available from the 13th July in a 2 bedroom flat. All bills included.
It is a spacious, light, clean and tidy flat in a quiet area.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, and would treat the flat as their home. I work hard and I do value my down time at home a lot. I occasionally have friends around, I am no party animal and I prefer a quiet night in with a dvd to going out clubbing. I like socialising but I respect other people's privacy. I like to cook, read, films, theatre, museums, walks and long-distance lying on the sofa at times : ) I hardly ever drink, don't smoke and prefer carrot sticks to Indian : ) But up for a pizza anytime.
