Double room for rent

I am looking for a professional female for my spacious bedroom. The room is furnished with a double bed, reading table and built in single wardrobe.

I am 5 minutes away from Walton Station as well as local shops and restaurants and the town centre is 10 minutes walk away.

I am quiet and although I don't mind the odd chat, I need the peace and quiet as I often have to catch up with some work at home.

My ideal lodger is someone who is house proud and would not mind cleaning after themselves
