Im looking for a short let stay for either a professional or couple of u pto 6-8 months. The room contains a bed, wardrobe and comes with a TV with freeview channels. (TV license already paid).

You will benefit from your own toilet and shower which is quite big. The flat is furnished to a high standard with most appliances brand new. Broadband is also provided.

The local area around the flat is ideal for amenities and for transport with the station only 15 minutes away. There is also street parking outside the flat with no parking permit restrictions.

I am a primary school teacher and work from 8am to 5pm most days. I cook most nights and enjoy socialising as often I can.

I am looking for a professional flat mate or couple, someone who is tidy and reliable, someone who is outgoing and friendly.

They would be responsible for maintaining the newly fitted kitchen alongside me after they have used it and clean their own shower and toilet.

The rental includes ALL bills including electricity and phone. I have recently installed economy 7 heating system which is environmentally friendly and very efficient. The rent also includes Service charge I pay annually (£1200), Council Tax (£1400 annually) and a Ground rent (130 annually).
