The flat is beautifully furnished with with neutral-cream/white modern, oak wood furniture. We are also opposite the station so excellent for commuting into the city. It really is a great flat on the second floor so no neighbours above you. The flat comes with a parking space too. Bills are currently an additional £138 per month which include Virgin, broadband, electric and gas. This price is subject to change and will possibly lower as the weather gets warmer.

You would be seeing out the rest of the the 6 month tenancy which will go into a rolling contract in August.
