Single Room to rent in Walton on Thames

Hi,

I have a single room to rent in my lovely 3 bedroom house in Walton on Thames. The room is of good size and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

The house has an upstairs bathroom (with shower), downstairs toilet, good size kitchen and living area, conservatory, garden and off road parking, broadband, Sky TV, washing machine and dishwasher and is less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Myself and my housemate are clean, tidy, sociable professionals who lead busy lives. No pets and non smokers.
