Nice modern house with parking and close to river.

I am looking for just one person to share with an existing female already in the house with I am a male professional, I generally I am abroad 6 months or more a year so I would probably not be here a lot but I think the house would suit another active person. The house has a mixture of size Bedrooms there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also 3 parking spaces .so depending on the size of the room this will define the cost.. The price in add is for the small sized double bedroom. The middle sized one is £850 the largest is £950. The photos are for the largest bedroom also. But within reason you can choose the room you want. Obviously the bigger the room the more the cost.

There is a garden for summer, it’s 20-25 minute walk to Hersham station or 5 minute drive. Short walk to lesuire centre, gym and pool. Short walk to river. Kingston is a bus ride away.
