Nice modern house with parking and close to river.

I am looking currently only looking for just one person to share I am a male professional, I generally I am abroad 6 months or more a year so I would probably not be here a lot . So it’s important the person is reliable and trustworthy. I think the house would suit another professional person or cabin crew. The house has a mixture of size Bedrooms there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also 3 parking spaces .so depending on the size of the room this will define the cost.. The price in add is for the small sized double bedroom. The middle sized one is £950 the largest is £1000 The photos are for the largest bedroom also. But within reason you can choose the room you want and the prices are negotiable. Obviously the bigger the room the more the cost.

There is a garden for summer, it’s 20-25 minute walk to Hersham station or 5 minute drive. Both Heathrow and Gatwick airports are easy to get to. There is a Short walk to leisure centre, gym and pool. Also it’s only a Short walk to river. Kingston is a bus ride away.
