The room - furnished & will be redecorated before you move in, plus you have full access to the house (open plan living/dining room, conservatory, garden).

Area - on-street parking (no local charges). Short walk away from town and river, approximately 20-minute walk from Walton Station.

Bills - main bills are included within the monthly rent (gas, electricity, water, wifi & TV licence). Council Tax and contents insurance are not included.

Me - I'm a PhD student and I do some freelance work as well.

You - must like cats and be willing to take a share of the cleaning. Plus, we need to get along - I think that's really important for a good house share.
