This homely lovely spacious Annex available on the edge of Walton on the hill Surrey suitable for a single professional person working away from home looking to rent from Monday to Friday morning ideal for general contractor or on business looking for a regular living contract requiring a quiet, private relaxing stay for the four nights away from your home.

The Annex is self contained and is based in a very quiet neighborhood made up of large family homes. Recently been refurbished, with engineering flooring throughout, fully furnished separate living room, separate bedroom and separate kitchen, good lighting throughout own bathroom. All of the above is none sharing. The bathroom has a matching suite with large bath and shower.

All linen, TV, Ironing board and Iron, kettle, Fridge, microwave and kitchen essential are provided.
We are looking for a well presented, clean, tidy quiet person with cleanness and good hygiene who will respect the Annex.

Ideal for those looking for short stay working in the local area/towns would like a change from using B&Bs. Please don’t apply if you are coming with a load of baggage, intend to work from home frequently and cleanliness does not apply to you.

Own Parking space

Easy excess to the M25, Gatwick and Heathrow airports, 12 min walk to the train station, train journey into London, short drive to Kingswood, Banstead, Dorking, Box hill, Denbies vineyard and Epsom downs. There are bus journey to Epsom, Reigate, Gatwick, Banstead and Sutton.
