Looking to share my home with a tidy, reliable and professional person. This is a furnished double bedroom to let in a quiet cul de sac in leafy green Warlingham, with a shared kitchen(new) & bathroom.
No overnight visitors please, as it's just too small. I have a double driveway so you're welcome to a space too. I have a well kept and tidy home which is close to the village and near bus stops. I commute to London for work-fyi, but at the moment mainly working from home. Its honestly very quiet, and a nice place to come home to. If you work in a busy area, this is a real escape. The type of lodger I am looking for;
Someone respectful of my space and I will of course reciprocate
Someone who wont be in the kitchen for hours every mealtime
Someone clean & tidy
