It’s a furnished double bedroom on the second floor of a purpose built apartment. It’s located in a really quiet side road in Warlingham. The location is perfect and has lovely views and the apartment is recently renovated and decorated.
It’s lees than 5 mins walk to the nearest train station that serves London in less than 20 mins.
You will have use of the shared kitchen and lounge.
It’s close to Warlingham Village where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs and local shops.
Parking is available if required.

I’m a very chilled person who works 5 days a week. I enjoy watching movies, nice wine and keeping fit.
